Actually a hidden gem. But since the Synopsis is not really informative let me give you a brief overview:

The story is about a young man in Wyoming working as a stuntman until he was matched against a powerful family from Hollywood. Escaping their grasp he changed his name and climbs the social ladder doing amoralic odd jobs (sabotaging, paparazzi, blackmailing etc.). His aim is to get revenge and become a economical and political powerhouse through media manipulation.

My review (light spoilers): Very catchy and entertaining revolving around gossip and atrocities of Stars and Politicians in the USA. It plays in the early 2000s and also involves peoples whos crimes came out years later so very close to realistic events. The protagonist is a very calculative and cautious person and thus escaping various assassination attempts due to uncovering secrets of powerful people of politics, gangs or economical powerhouses. Due to his odd approach on problem solving he gets very successfull in what he is doing.

Just give the novel a try if you like conspiracy, blackmailing, gun fights and an actual competent protagonist who does everything to get what he wants. All in all rn amazing read until now (chapter 493).
