It's good, the mc is certainly a hunter. If you aren't reading one of the peak novels currently this is a good read to stack certain novel chapters. There's also a webtoon if you didn't know
deserves to be at the top as it have all the plots that feels like a rollercoaster ride like from not caring about anything to having people he would die for plus it's really fun to see him go through every chapter with his treacherous personality (you'll understand what I meant). . SOO ALL THE BEST AND HAVE FUN ENJOYING THIS RIDE
It's one of the best. I have been reading light novels for over 4 years now and have read hundreds of novels. This novel is on top three in my list.
I have been following this novel for over a year. It's great with a likeable protagonist and a great story and world building.
I would highly recommend it to everyone.
This story is a gem 💎 bro . It's b basic is simple but author make it a very innovative story the balance of comedy romance {if it has really at all}and fightings are very good on so I like it because it don't follow the norms of harem and backstabing bitrayeal etc. and our MC doing very good for not regressing of time that's all you can enjoy

I would give this at least after the tutorial to truly known if you like it.Such great world building that feels wasted, such rich history and characters not explored enough. The true highlights of this book come from everyone but the main character, the feeling he gives is that of blank slate that I can paste myself into. While other characters feel distinctively their own. The journey feels almost too caged and guided, that their is no fear, uncertainity, adventure but simply a given, a gurauntee. Which makes any normal progession or change feel more significant due to the feeling of monotomy and slow pace.
Needs to go back to top 5 like how it was in lightnovelworld ngl. Great mc who isn't a schemer but does a lot of prep work to then basically overpower a lot of his fights. Top 3 webnovel for me
Web novels have a problem for me a lot of the time.
The MC never feels like a real person.
It's a common and trait and in fairness some people don't want the MC to feel like a real person, but instead this crazy person to strive and achieve greatness.
However, Primal Hunter takes a different approach. Although the MC still has his quirks and definitely has that classic "new world" grind-set to him, he still feels like a VERY real person. When I read his dialogue or even his inner monologue, never once have I said to myself "that's unreasonable" or even felt that way. His interaction with his family especially shines a great light on this when he talks to his brother, they really bicker like REAL siblings!
Not to mention that 1, the world building is actually fascinating and unique (IMO). 2, The fights are awesome! They are long, but not drawn out just well detailed, and you can truly draw the battlefield while the characters are fighting. 3, The characters themselves feel reasonable, and I enjoy seeing the characters interact because they feel like actual people, and not just interpretations of different emotions.
Now enough of my blabbering go read the fucking novel!
This is the first novel i read and I gotta say its also one the best. The story starts off a bit chaotic but quickly develops into a master class in details and just keeps that energy going.
Absolute peak from start to end, good fights, good characters though some are forgotten for entire arcs, good pacing, keeps your attention through all 1000 chapters.
The story has a really strong start and the first few hundred chapters are really good, it then slows down abit but it is still quite good compared to some of the ai slop on the site
