The Magic Academy's Physicist

I don't know what to rate this. At certain times during the story I might rate it very highly, as it can be rather interesting,  but other times the plot development can be exceedingly extraneous and annoying making me want to rate it low out of frustration. Showing the same situation from three percpectives can make certain parts of the story drag on for no reason ( in terms of plot or character development) and the worldbuilding is very lacking. Most anything world back ground related has to be pieced togeather.
