The Legendary Mechanic

One of best and early novels that I read. Used wait everyday for new chapters and when it finished it literally left me feeling somewhat lost and melancholic. 

The first virtual reality novel I read with an MC who is an NPC. The depiction of the world is also very good, and the NPC concept that makes this novel unique, plus the quality of the writing is quite good, making this novel superior to several novels with similar themes.

it was peak up until the final arc icl, it felt so rush and for how much they glazed the final boss, especially those kings, it was dissapointing how weak they were, and part about all s grades being full on immortals felt extremely fucking stupid. they couldve made it so its that its a one time chance but no they didnt. so what was the point of being X grade? x grade makes it so you can revive after dying but isnt really a point, well it makes you like 100x stronger but like yeah, extremely stupid how they just turned immortal.

While the premise is somewhat generic, this novel is one of my personal favorites. 

The pacing is good, transitions feel seamless, and the plot moves at a reasonable pace. The actions of all parties involved in any event are both understandable and impactful. The power system is well used and fights are always well crafted.  

Other takeaways, the side characters are fun and rememberable. Rarely, if at all, is there a character that is introduced for a single chapter then thrown away. The ending, while open, did not disappoint.

One of the few novels that I completely binge read (although it's somewhat generic in starting but execution is perfect).

It got Best pacing like surviving the game as a barbarian.

MC is one of the best scammer, leak farmer.

Very little Chinese propaganda that you can skip.

Good open ending.

It's the best universal level power system novel for me.

Great book good pacing great characters and leveling systems powers are cool and characters while obviously op is still at least struggling and taking moderate losses to advance his career

Great pacing, cool MC, strong plot, and fun side characters—really enjoyable read..... so I'll say give it a go. I hope it gets back its place in ranking .

Best novel you will ever read... so fucking good. the worldbuilding is awesome, the lore is good, everything is good! it's really interesting, the scale is good, ending is good too! This is rare usually novels fall off at some point but this was consistently good throughout. great novel!! my favorite novel I have ever read. please read it... I wasn't a big sci-fi guy but i really enjoyed this novel.😃

Great story mc can be a bit chaotic at times but thats to be expected considering what he has to do and the knoledge he has. sidenote the mc has no luck ever throughout the story this man does not get lucky in any way exept his starting area. Overall i wish i could forget the story so i could read it for the first time a second time other than the open ended ending wich i always hate no matter what the story is, the author also has a second story called astral apostle im reading the author loves their leeks.

One of the best novels which combines game element with fiction. The story telling and world building is amazing. The mechanical part it covers make the story even more amazing. Definitely the best Chinese novel after LOTM and of course RI
