This novel is really good. I especially like the female protagonist because she takes everything step by step. She starts by trying to convince her family to change, and what I appreciate is that the change doesn’t happen overnight. Her family doesn’t immediately agree with everything she says, but they start to listen.

Even as they begin to change, each family member keeps their core personality. The father, who was always stern and strict with the children, remains that way but he slowly starts to trust his kids more. The mother, who was always gentle and kind, learns to see people more clearly and stops being a pushover. And the brother, who was scared of his father and often afraid to cause trouble, grows up, but his love and protectiveness for his sister never wavers.

This is a family that truly loves each other. The way the parents raised them might seem harsh, but it came from fear, the fear that one wrong move could bring disaster. In government positions, especially in a dangerous and political world like theirs, you need strength and resilience. The father wanted to prepare his children for that, even if his methods were hard.

I can understand his perspective. He didn’t want his children to be weak in a world that could easily destroy them. Unfortunately, in her past life, his strict ways contributed to tragedy. But because the protagonist was reborn, she had a chance to prevent that and slowly change their fate.
