This story was just beautiful. The beginning was a bit rough I will not lie, but that's because I wasn't used to the advanced words shown. Once you actually start to get used to these words it gets WAY better. The lore drops at the perfect time, The Fool, the side characters, the back story, history, just everything felt to perfect. I actually felt like I was in the book and experiencing the history. The novel just feels to perfect to be true and the different arcs are just blended beautifully.
10/10 would love to recommend this as atleast a third story. Can't get the new gens to start off with this level of peak. (Yes I'm new gen)
Praise The Fool
Best novel oat in my humble opinion
Bit slow at the start but i enjoyed it
Character development is peak
Power system and plot are chef's kiss
End review
I'll keep this short: 10/10 novel, best i've ever read. This novel is a masterpiece and i cant thank CuttleFish enough for writing this. Volume 1 was slow but one of my personal favorites; especially the ending and the insane reveal at the end of the volume, it mainly focused on introducing the power system, the characters and the world building while still being very interesting and a good read. Volume 2, 3 and 4 also mainly just expanded on Volume 1 with a similar goal and I think it could not have made me more invested into such a story. Volume 5 is where all the puzzle pieces start to fall into place and all the foreshadowing and everything fits perfectly into the story and Klein's role. Volume 6 and 7 were my personal favorites as they still had the early feel yet still was an amazing read overall. Volume 8 was a masterpiece, theres nothing else to say about this. This novel is really amazing and I would def recommend this to everyone I know. Every second i spent on this was worth it.
This novel is in a whole different level. Some people might find it boring at the start, but it’s because of world building and how it actually takes time to set details so the plot develops logically, it’s actually wholesome and gives you little clues and more answers to find. “Mystery” can really describe the novel, it makes you want to keep reading so you find out the truth. Don’t get discouraged by the first 100 chapters, it gets so good and you’ll understand why there’s so many people that likes it.
I absolutely love this novel. Every thing have its consequences and author is great at leading them to culmination points. I don't know if there is better novel than LOTM at this moment.
10/10, it's my first webnovel and d*mn it's peak, I hope that it won't ruin my experience reading other webnovels in the future, Praise The Fool
LoTM is not as good as other people think!
As a avid reader and fan of the franchise, I can highlight several points that some people (including myself) may consider as disadvantages compared to the book.
Slow pace: the book has a slow pace, with a plot progression that may seem dragging. This can result in moments where the story feels stagnant, which demotivates some readers who prefer a more fast-paced and dynamic narrative. Some readers may find that the plot develops slowly, with many details and subplots that may seem unnecessary. This can make the reading slow and tiresome for some
Another criticism is the lack of character development. I personally felt that the main characters are not as well-developed as I would like, and other readers may have the same factual perception of this, which can make it difficult to emotionally connect with the story.
Stereotyped characters: yes, the characters in LOTM are stereotyped and lack significant emotional depth. And this can make it difficult for readers to empathize and emotionally engage with the protagonists.
Absolute Cinema ✋😐🤚Nothing more to say other than it is one of the best novels I've ever read so good I had to go back and reread it, and am going to do the same on this site as well
This light novel is a masterpiece however it’s not for everyone
Pros Smartest MC I read in a light novel Side characters the author try his best to keep them important and relevant and it’s done well
There is a plot, don’t belittle this a lots of novels I read I have drop because it’s lost it’s or forgotten it’s reason and just keeps going.
The MC become powerful, yet never gets to that point of one shorting the boss with that massive fire ball it's more tactical
The power system in this story is creative at first it’s a little confusing, but soon it makes sense and it’s really something unique and interesting.
This is usually a CON however some how this story made it so the information dumping actually well placed and enjoyable
(The lore in this book is something to love aka if you don’t like the lore in this book this book not for you )
The enemies in this story are well thought out and are very interesting The secret organization in this book are fun to find out about and how they deal with them are what make this story even better.
Cons This book starts out slow, in my opinion it took more then 50 chapters before I got got into it and took 150 before I was like yeah this good and it took a little over 200 chapters before I got addicted
if you just want a mindless novel that doesn’t take any effort to think about ( this is not your book)
If you want and OP MC ( THIS NOT YOUR BOOK) he is never going to ko the person you most want him to ko
If you don’t like a bit of horror this is not your book
If you want a love story this not your book
In my opinion this was not always a fun read however it was always interesting, but some parts weren’t fun to read it took time to read it and it felt like oh my gosh this is a lot but it was always interesting.
In my opinion if you skip a chapter in this book it probably more then likely will make you miss something important, mean if you get bored of some things you shouldn’t skip it.
Overall this is a 5 star novel But it’s not for everyone
10/10
This is what you call a masterpiece of writing. Novel starts off slow and confusing but becomes peak later on.Definitely worth the read
