It was a good novel. Typically, I go for fast-paced novels, but this one was a little bit slow, but not slow that makes you tired. It was very interesting that she bought a slave to be her husband. She has a crush on the male lead in her past life and now in this life, she bought him. I found that very interesting. So yeah, it's very good. The minus point =
That irks me is there's missing chapters. There are chapters that are cut and you don't know where it's going. So I had to search MTL to find the missing chapters. Yeah, that's what irks me.
This one is rather good. There are typical tropes of the genre but they are decently executed and didn't get on my nerves. I did feel the ending to be a bit rushed and would have appreciated some follow up chapters. I will look for more works by this author. I also want to applaud the translator. Dragonboat did a good job and I will be checking out their website for more works if possible.
