This is the peakiest peak to ever peak. If you think it's a*s, just stick with it. The worldbuilding, and story, plus the ending is the most peak you will ever read. Li Yao is the funniest Xianxia protagonist I've read in years. 3269 chapters well spent. I didn't read the 300 chapter side story at the end because I had just finished the actual story, and would rather reread than read the side story, so let me know if it's good.
a very wonderful novel, the initial part may seem like a typical cultivation story but that was the just the author getting a hang of things, the later parts (150 chapters and later) are some of the best parts of a book ive read, there are schemes and the main charecter does have genuine intelligence and the villains are even smarter most of the time.
