The age gap in this story is particularly unsettling. If I may say so myself, the story is terrible and dull, a complete waste of time. The fact that it was ranked higher than "Advent of the Three Calamities" is beyond my comprehension.

I really don't like the age gap ships, it just weird to me. I don't know what people see in it, or what they find good about it. Me personally don't like it. It's a shame since the novel had potential

After some introspection I have come to the conclusion that my previous review was rather uncalled for which is why I planned on deleting it. Unfortunately this egregious platform does not appear to offer the option so ill have to settle with editing one of the two reviews that was posted thanks to a glitch in the, well, egregious platform.

One 5 star and and one 1 star review, they don't balance out but at least I tried🤷

Ive read 13 chapters now and im gonna give up now. So far the author is terrible in describing everything. I have no idea how anything looks neither places nor people, it just feels very poorly written and the amount of speeling errors drives me crazy.

Let’s talk about preserving your time—it’s one of those priceless resources we often overlook.

First, the power system in this fantasy world is confusing. What should be a solid foundation feels underdeveloped, with random nerfs to our hero that turn them into a mere shadow of their potential. It’s frustrating to watch.

Now, onto the characters. The main players are supposed to connect with readers, but they lack depth and growth. They float in and out of scenes like placeholders, offering little impact on the narrative. Instead of evolving, everyone feels stuck, and the main character's journey is bogged down by contrived obstacles that annoy rather than engage.

In the end, if you value your time and seek stories that spark your imagination—ones with clarity and depth—it’s best to steer clear of this one. Save yourself some heartache and look for narratives that truly make your reading time worthwhile. Happy reading!

Forced myself to read 500 chapters of this. It's not too bad, but certainly isn't the best either. Both the mc and the writing seem robotic at times, even though they try explain it off with his emotions being duller or whatever. The academy arc was the most meaningless arc i've ever read; all the mc did was win the ranking that had no effect on the rest of the academy arc, one main mission and it was over. Next off, power scaling. So, your telling me that Neo lived for over ~500 yrs longer than all the other characters, and it's mentioned that Morrigan was STILL somewhat able to keep up with him, maybe it was just his clone or whatever, still doesn't make sense as he was a heavenbreaker.  Relationships in this novel feels off, the engagement with Moriggan is definitely forced, your telling me all that talent, and they still gave up on her, either the zeus clan is extremely retarded, or i'm missing something. The mc has blatant plot armor, and never really is in danger. There's always the constant revives being replenished, and there's even a regression function cause ofc the mc needs to be able to turn back time as well. The mc was technically turnt blind for a bit, which was convienetly forgotten, with the excuse of his senses being enough. There are some parts of this novel which i enjoyed, but i had to slug through chapters of meaningless slop and filler to get through to it. Give this a try, maybe you'll like it better than i do, but don't try slug through under the hope that it gets consistent and better; it hasn't 500 chapters in.

Im at ch 542 and well it's alright but def not peak. As the novel goes on it gets worse ngl too much of a convoluted plot that only really makes sense to the author with a power system that doesn't really have any rules and makes tons of exceptions for the MC. Like the author keeps adding information which overly complicates things and or contradicts previous info. Also the author started to rush things in order to keep the MC as strong as the threats he's facing and not outlive everybody. But this already leads to insane power inflation where the main plot of the og novel doesn't even matter anymore

Everything develops so quickly and then gets boring. I was a bit excited at first, but now it doesn't interest me anymore. An average novel. 6/10

This story is NOT as generic as it seems. Yes. It's a power fantasy. Yes, the main character gets strong fast. But he has to work for his strength to even rival the other academy students. Worth your time. I recommend
