Personally I fucking love it. The writing is so raw and real, the world is so alive and the characters are sooo good especially Frey. Sure some elements of the story could be better but it's amazing for what it is. The fight scenes are so gripping and visceral and emotional. This being the author's first work is insane to me. I'm really enjoying it, I binged the whole thing up to the latest chapters in 2 days. If you're on the fence on whether to read or not then I highly recommend you read it

Truly, a novel for masochists and sadists. Ones decent from sanity, and conquest of insanity, all to return home.

Unorginal and feels like a carbon copy from ali express of other books as first, generic villain story too. Eventually develops into its own story, gets much better. I'm not saying you have to push though garbage to get to the good stuff, because that just isn't something you should have to do. Although, if your tolerance to poison is high enough, you know when to turn your brain on and off, give it a try. If it's not your cup of tea, simply don't read it. Don't try push through for "peak"  as your definition of good varies.

I both enjoy and hate this novel. It feels like they're doing everything in their power, to make the mc not have an enjoyable time, to say the least.  Author definitely hates all his characters, every single prominent one, is a competitor for best trauma award. Enough with the backstory's already... I have to say, so far, from the chapters i've read, Seris is winning right now. MC is winning worst life overall though, having it all, only to have it taken away, must suck.

Plot twists of this novel are pretty good, nothing too special though, atleast from the chapters i've read. There is a system, and basically think of his author privileges as those from the Novels Extra. The power system is basically Authors POV.

TLDR; Decent novel, okay tolerance for poison and sadist status should make this a enjoyable read. I liked it.

I believe this is a 7/10, but i'm giving it 5 stars to spite the haters.

Novel is pretty good definitely not worth a 3.9, it should be 4+ anyways. If I had one complaint it should be trying to see where his sister or mother could have revived or their souls where they reincarnated.

Peak writing, peak plot twists, best character development at first it was a copy from other popular novels but now it has its own plot and everything and latest chapters are peak🍏

it's very boring to be honest. Especially the first chapters, it's just the same old cliche and lacks a hook. Additionally, it's very cringy, I struggled to read through all that... cringe. Wouldn't really reccomend, the writing quality isn't great either.

This novel is rlly good, there's a period of about 30 chapters between 120 to 150 ish where it drags on, a lot, but the next tournament arc more than makes up for the boring arc, and the ending of the first volume is soo good, so all in all, till you read the first volume don't drop, I promise as long as you read the first volue you won't regret it
