Interesting monsters/anomalies, a lot of interconnected mysteries, fun characters, creative fights, etc.
A pretty well rounded novel.
5/5, very fun read. The world has similar vibes to the SCP world and it is one of the few I've read that are done well. It has good action scenes in it as well as a lot of slice of life.
A lot of the story is that the mc wants to be leisurely but things around them keep going awry resulting in the mc having to get involved or investigate something and each time I eat it up, it's never gotten boring or repetitive. Some of the Objects in the world are also really unique and fun to read about (pudding).
Overall a very cutesy novel and a pretty engaging story.
Also reminds me heavily of "So I'm a spider, so what?" with side stories and the mc but the side stories aren't boring. The worldbuilding is actually good and there is a mystery throughout the story about the past. Was never once bored, would recommend. Read the first 20 chapters to see if you'd enjoy.
I wasn't going to write a review for this but the very passionate but small community wanting the rank to go up I will.
First of all, I'd suggest you read the first 20 chapters of the novel. If you don't like the first 20 chapters this novel might now be for you.
The lore is released slowly as the mc most of the time doesn't actively do things.
A fun novel, with unique characters. The objects also have unique abilities making each fight a new experience. It's funny how some of the objects the MC fights are the biggest menaces. I personally think it's a nice read
Great arcs? π Cool antagonists? π Unuiqe abilities? π Power system? π Mac and there powers? π
5/5 novel for me. I suggest you read by arcs as there aren't an cliffhangers.
This is good and deserves it's rank. I hope that the admin can add the illustrations for this novel because it would make this s*it even more peak.
I don't have much to say but the fact I liked it. I wish that the admin could add the illustrations for the novel as they are peak but I doubt that will ever happen.
The mcs ability is a power-stealing ability but it isn't that overpowered as the mc normally gets nerfed versions of the objects they kill.
I'm not going to repeat what others said so I'll just say the down point. The novel is sort of "repetitive" in the way that
The mc chilling
some events start
antagonist appears
mc beats antagonist
However, every object the MC fights is unique with very different killing conditions, so it isn't bad. 4.5/5
A phenomenal story all around, follow our cat-like MC as they run amok having fun in a decaying world filled with essentially SCPs. Watch as they solve problems plaguing humanity for decades on a whim and have fun placing bets on how many innocent people will be dead by the end of their little adventure! To some readers the story is confusing but if you've ever touched SCP-related content you'll make it through just fine.
